Downtown development continues and the QC Times is giving us an inside look into the biggest of six residential projects that are under construction now. Buildings that were once the production facility of Gordon-Van Tine are being converted into 113 market-rate loft apartments complete with a rooftop swimming pool and boardwalk looking toward the river.  We can't wait to see this old factory come alive!
