Weekly Events Header

Hello!
Prepare yourself for a night full of celebration and music when The Quad City Symphony Orchestra's new season starts at the Adler on Saturday! With a mission to enrich the cultural life of the QC region through symphonic music, this event is sure to please. Keep in mind to grab your tickets for Craig Ferguson's Hot and Grumpy Tour, which comes to the Adler next weekend!
Need a mid-week pick-me-up? Make your way to the River Music Experience tonight for some party blues when Andy Frasco and The Un bring a performance of high energy and orchestrated chaos to the Redstone Room. Fans of Tom Petty, Van Morrison, and Neil Young should definately check out the Dan Hubbard and the Humadors' CD Release Show on Friday!  Opening will be fellow River Roots Live veterans Busted Chandeliers.
Treat yourself to an evening of fine dining tonight during Bix Bistro's 5 Course Oktoberfest Dinner at Hotel Blackhawk.  While you're there, reserve your spot for next week's Beer Tasting Event.  You can even take home your own set of custom Spiegelau Glasses. Until then, head to Great River Brewery tomorrow for their Punk'N-Mator Tapping. Bring your favorite pumpkin dish to share!  Check out the Mystery Dinner Theater event at Rhythm City , too.
Learn about change in the art world tonight during Thursdays at the Figge: Art21 Movie. If you haven't seen the No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service Exhibition, head out to the Figge before it closes on Sunday. You don't want to miss this opportunity to see works composed of material gathered right here in the Quad Cities! And don't forget about the various art classes offered this fall too such as Drawing Basics and Figure Drawing.
Gather your family and friends and help Humility of Mary Shelter fight homelessness in the Quad City area this weekend at the 2nd Annual Night at the Shelter SleepOut. Enjoy an assortment of activities like live music, Comedy Sportz, games, food, and an outdoor movie.
See you downtown!
