LeClaire Park is home to yet another fest this weekend when New Country, 104.9 the Hawk presents Hawk Fest. With five hours of live music from two of Billboard's Top Country Artists to Watch for 2014, Kaylee Rutland and Tyler Barham, this fest also features performances by locals Cody Road, North of 40, and Wild Oatz.
