DES MOINES, IOWA (October 14, 2021) — Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate is conducting a series of meetings in eastern Iowa October 12-14 to promote Safe at Home, an address confidentiality program that provides protection for survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, trafficking, stalking, and assault.
