DES MOINES, IOWA (January 21, 2026) — The Iowa Pork Producers Association (IPPA) honored the commitment and passion of local leaders within the state’s pork industry during the annual Iowa Pork Congress in late January. The event highlighted the achievements of county organizations for their leadership and efforts in advancing pork production and promotion across Iowa.

DES MOINES, IOWA (December 2, 2025) — Community leaders, Fareway Stores, and the Iowa Pork Producers Association (IPPA) have joined Central Iowa Shelter and Services (CISS) for the ninth-annual Giving Tuesday breakfast, preparing and serving hundreds of warm meals to individuals experiencing homelessness across three Iowa communities.

CLIVE, IOWA (October 29, 2025) — The Iowa Pork Producers Association (IPPA), in partnership with Fareway Stores Inc, delivered $20,000 worth of ground pork to six regional food banks across Iowa and western Nebraska this week as part of an ongoing effort to fight food insecurity and support local communities. The donations equal more than 9,500 lbs of ground pork and will provide more than 38,000 servings of valuable protein to people in need.
