Family Resources Raises Nearly $5,000 at Biaggi’s Wine-Tasting Event

DAVENPORT, IOWA (March 5, 2019) — Last month, Biaggi’s in Davenport, Iowa partnered with Family Resources to host a wine tasting event bringing in $4,750 to the organization.

This was the fifth year for the event, featuring a delicious spread by Chef Patrick Trainor and wine-tastings provided by Okoboji Wine, Johnson Brother’s Distributing, Glazer’s Distributing of Iowa, and Dimitri Wine and Spirits.

Family Resources Hosts Biaggi’s Wine-Tasting Event

DAVENPORT, IOWA (February 7, 2019) — Biaggi’s has once again partnered with Family Resources to hold its 5th annual Wine Tasting Event on Thursday, February 28, 2019, 6-8:00PM. The Wine Tasting Event will take place at the 5195 Utica Ridge Road location in Davenport, Iowa.

The evening will include wine tastings paired with a selection of antipasti prepared by Chef Patrick Trainor. Biaggi’s is offering attendees the opportunity to purchase wine at wholesale prices during the event.

NormaLeah Presents Hispanic Sisterly Advice to BEAT Ovarian Cancer

(ROCK ISLAND, IL) NormaLeah Ovarian Cancer Initiative is pleased to present Sisterly Advice to BEAT Ovarian Cancer, translated into Spanish at the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Mississippi Valley located at 338 6th Street, Moline. The session will be held on Sunday, May 6th, 2018 at 2 p.m. This one- hour educational session is free of charge and open to the public. Men are welcome, free childcare will be provided and light refreshments will be served. Reservations are requested.

Strike Out Ovarian Cancer Night at Modern Woodmen Park

(ROCK ISLAND, IL) NormaLeah Ovarian Cancer Initiative will be turning Modern Woodmen Park TEAL August 25th for Strike Out Ovarian Cancer night. Survivors, friends, family and supporters are encouraged to wear teal and join NormaLeah to cheer on the Quad City River Bandits as they take on the Cedar Rapids Kernels at Modern Woodmen Park in Davenport, Iowa. Doors open at 5:35pm and the game starts at 6:35pm.
