AMES, IOWA (September 25, 2019) — Adaptive Sports Iowa (ASI) is proud to offer a first-of-its-kind event gathering organizations and individuals from around Iowa for a day of networking, round-table discussions, and guest speakers. The purpose of the Adaptive Sports and Recreation Summit is to provide a venue for sharing, planning, and developing strategies to further engage Iowans with disabilities.

AMES, Iowa (November 15, 2017) - Iowa Games CEO/Executive Director and Hawkeye legend, Chuck Long, announced the Winter Iowa Games presented by Grinnell Mutual will be hosting five sports at the University of Iowa Field House in February 2018.  "We are excited to be hosting events in Iowa City this year," commented Long. "This is a great opportunity to connect Iowans with a wonderful community through competition in the Winter Iowa Games."

AMES, IA (April 7, 2017) - Live Healthy Iowa will partner with 19 communities across Iowa for the 4th annual Live Healthy Iowa 5K events. The events, scheduled for Saturday, April 8, will be held in Bondurant, Britt, Carroll, Decorah, DeWitt, Dike, Fairfield, Grinnell, Hiawatha, Montrose, Onawa, Osage, Perry, Red Oak, Sibley, Sioux City, Spencer, Story City, and Waukee. The Live Healthy Iowa 5K is sponsored by the Iowa Hawkeyes.
