Regional Development Authority (RDA) Grant

DAVENPORT, IOWA (February 5, 2024) — Azubuike Arts is honored to announce a landmark event celebrating Black History Month in collaboration with The Last Picture House (325 East 2nd Street, Davenport, Iowa, 52801). This exclusive evening, featuring Ava DuVernay's groundbreaking new film, Origin, will commence on February 10 with a reception at 5PM, followed by a VIP screening at 6PM.

ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (August 29, 2023) — We are happy to announce an enlightening cinematic experience that will shed light on a long-standing injustice in American history. Join us on August 31, 6PM, at the Rock Island Public Library (Watts-Midtown Branch, 2715 30th St) as we present The Taking of Harris Neck, a thought-provoking short documentary by director Kevin Mannens.
