BETTENDORF, IOWA (February 27, 2019) — A special election will be held for Bettendorf Third Ward Alderman as we mourn the passing of Debra LaMar. Four candidates are campaigning for the vacancy, however, the Quad City Federation of Labor views Bill Connors as the candidate to best serve the interests of working families on the Bettendorf City Council.
