KENOSHA, WISCONSIN (November 14, 2025) — A select group of Carthage College music students participated in the Wisconsin National Association of Teachers of Singing Vocal Auditions competition at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in November. Each student was assigned to a category based on their age and musical selections (Classical, Commercial, and/or Musical Theatre).

KENOSHA, WISCONSIN (November 6, 2025) -- Carthage College student Savannah Reisner from Geneseo, Illinois, attended the Society of Women Engineers regional conference hosted at Marquette University in September 2025.

KENOSHA, WISCONSIN (July 9, 2025) — Payton Gelande from Port Byron, Illinois, is conducting research into NMR Analysis of Micelle Formation by Bio-Based Surfactants with faculty mentor Kevin Morris through Carthage College's 2025 Summer Undergraduate Research Experience.

Carthage College selected 32 students for its Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE).

The Wisconsin NATS Student Auditions took place November 1-2, 2024, at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Peck School of the Arts. The following students were involved:

Josephine Winter Roland from Moline, Illinois, was a third-place finalist.

KENOSHA, WISCONSIN (December 4, 2024) — Kaeleen Smith from Moline, IL is serving as Senior Senator for Carthage College's Student Government during the 2024-25 academic year.
