DES MOINES, IOWA (March 12, 2020) — Governor Kim Reynolds signed SF2142, which provides $85.5 million in new state funding for regular program budgets in the 2020-21 school year. This funding comes at a critical time for school districts looking to finalize their budgets for the coming school year. 

DES MOINES, IOWA (March 10, 2020) — Testing at Iowa’s State Hygienic Laboratory has indicated five additional presumptive positive cases of 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Iowa residents, a total of 13 presumptive positive cases. 14 additional tests were negative. All five new cases are in self isolation and recovering at home.
