DES MOINES, IOWA (April 26, 2019) — Governor Kim Reynolds today announced her appointment of Coleman McAllister as district court judge in Judicial Election District 5C. McAllister, of West Des Moines, Iowa, received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Missouri. He currently serves as an assistant attorney general in the Area Prosecutions Division of the Iowa Attorney General’s Office, and he previously served as the Sioux County Attorney in Orange City, Iowa.

DES MOINES, IOWA (April 23, 2019) — Governor Kim Reynolds, Lieutenant Governor Adam Gregg, and Chief Information Officer Jeff Franklin announced today that Iowa is expanding its communication channels and services to include Google Home, Amazon Echo, and a chatbot. Iowans can now ask their smartphone or Google/Amazon digital-assistant questions about state-government events and services.
