DAVENPORT, IOWA (September 3, 2020)   Roxanna Moritz, Scott County Auditor and Commissioner of Elections, reminds voters that they need to submit only one request for an absentee ballot for the November 3, 2020 General Election.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (August 6, 2020) Roxanna Moritz, Scott County Auditor and Commissioner of Elections, announced today she is mailing absentee ballot-request forms to all active voters in Scott County for the November 3, 2020 General Election. The forms will be mailed in two waves.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (June 1, 2020)  Scott County Auditor and Commissioner of Elections Roxanna Moritz confirmed today that the Iowa Primary Election in Scott County will be held tomorrow, June 2, 2020. The polls will be open, 7AM-9PM, pursuant to state law.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (April 9, 2020) — Scott County Auditor and Commissioner of Elections Roxanna Moritz announced she is consolidating polling places for the June 2, 2020 Primary Election in an effort to combat spread of COVID-19. Moritz said she temporarily is reducing the number of polling places to 23 from the usual 63.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (October 22, 2019) — Scott County Auditor Roxanna Moritz announced today that ballots for the November 5, 2019 City/School Election are available for all precincts, including those in the City of Davenport which were delayed due to the recount of the mayoral primary election. The Auditor’s Office will mail ballots to Davenport voters who have already requested absentee ballots by mail tomorrow, October 23, 2018.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (February 15, 2019) — Scott County Auditor and Commissioner of Elections Roxanna Moritz announced today her office has ballots available for absentee/early voting in the March 5, 2019 special election to fill the vacancy on the Bettendorf city council for the Third Ward seat. Voters can request that ballots be mailed to them or they can vote in-person at the Auditor’s Office.
