BETTENDORF, IOWA (June 12, 2025) The Bettendorf Community School District is pleased to announce Tyler Lee Reedy as its new Executive Director of Finance and Business, pending board approval on June 18.

“We hired a search firm to ensure we had high-quality candidates for this essential position,” said Dr Michelle Morse, Superintendent. “We are so pleased that we not only found a high-skill finance professional to take on this role but also a Bettendorf High School graduate [Class of 2014]. How exciting — what a full-circle moment.”

Reedy currently serves as a Financial Management Analyst at the Joint Munitions Command on the Rock Island Arsenal.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Ambrose University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University.

Reedy brings with him a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and public service, and will play a critical role in the stewardship of district resources and long-term financial planning.

The Bettendorf Community School District looks forward to welcoming Tyler Lee Reedy home and into this leadership role that supports the success and sustainability of our schools.
