The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train is returning to the Quad Cities on Sunday, December 5th at 2:00pm.

People in more than 40 cities and towns in eight U.S. States will again experience the Holiday Train's important mission of feeding the hungry in our communities. Headlining the Holiday Train stage in the Quad Cities is rocker sensation Kelly Prescott.

Each Holiday Train is about 1,000 feet in length with 14 decorated rail cars, including a modified box car that has been turned into a traveling stage for performers. Each train shines brightly with hundreds of thousands of modern LED Christmas lights.

This is a joint event in cooperation with the City of Davenport, Canadian Pacific and Churches United of the Quad City Area.

This year, join us near Modern Woodman Park beginning at 12:00pm and enjoy special local music talents, hot chocolate, cookies and many fun activities for children and adults alike. Bring your lawn chairs and come enjoy the holiday entertainment as we await the arrival of the Holiday Train. Festivities begin at 12:00pm and run until 3:00pm. Special handicapped parking is available.

Admission for this event is a financial donation or a can of food . All donations will go to support the hunger programs (including 26 food pantries and 3 meal sites) through Churches United of the Quad City Area.
