
PELLA, IOWA (February 29, 2024) — A pillar of a Central College education is community service and civic engagement. In Spring 2024, 115 Central students are participating in a service-learning opportunity to build civic engagement.
Peyton Bytnar of Bettendorf, Iowa (52722), is helping Rock Steady Boxing with a Disability in America project, in Pella, Iowa. Bytnar is a member of the Central Class of 2024.
Aiden Doe of Bettendorf (52722) is helping 8th & College Connections with a Writing for Non-Profit Organizations project, in Des Moines, Iowa. Doe is a member of the Central Class of 2025.
Reagan Hofer of De Witt, Iowa (52742), is helping Imagine the Possibilities with a Intro to Social Work project, in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Hofer is a member of the Central Class of 2027.
Samantha Scott of Davenport, Iowa (52807), is helping Pella High School (Physical Education) with a Adapted Physical Education project, in Pella, Iowa. Scott is a member of the Central Class of 2025.
