An outdoor community workday to begin restoration of the historic Jens Jensen landscape at Hauberg Estate will take place on Saturday, 4/22/17, from 10am-3pm. Volunteers will be needed to help plant flowers and trees and tidy up the grounds. Local experts will give gardening talks throughout the day and children will enjoy nature-themed crafts and activities. Visitors are invited to bring their own picnic lunch and enjoy the gardens. This event is free to the public, family-friendly and leashed pets are welcome outside. In case of rain, event will be held in the Carriage House next door to the mansion.
