DAVENPORT – Speak at Jim’s Place Unveiling
WHO Congressman Dave Loebsack
WHAT Dave will speak at the unveiling of Jim’s Place on St. Ambrose’s campus. Jim’s Place will provide a training site for disabled veterans and all people with disabilities to view and practice on various adaptive solutions to assist them in living in their own homes. The project was funded in part through an $185,234 grant from the Veterans Administration, which Congressman Loebsack helped secure.
