DAVENPORT, IOWA (November 17, 2025) — River Action is thrilled to announce the 2026 QC Environmental Film Series (QCEFS), returning with an inspiring ocean-themed line-up designed to connect the Quad Cities community with the wonders of our planet’s waters. This season, attendees will experience compelling films, ENVIRO Connect networking opportunities, and reflection speakers to deepen engagement and spark meaningful action.

What to expect this season

  • Ocean-themed films: From coral reefs to coastal ecosystems, each screening highlights the beauty, complexity, and importance of ocean environments. Full trailers and descriptions are available at qcenvironmentalfilmseries.org/trailers.
  • ENVIRO Connect and reflection speakers: Before each screening, community members, environmental professionals, and local experts will share insights, followed by discussion after the films to connect global ocean issues to local environmental stewardship.   • Community engagement: The series fosters awareness, dialogue, and action on critical environmental issues affecting both local and global ecosystems.
