WASHINGTON DC (June 5, 2019) — Representative Dave Loebsack announced today that the Clinton Municipal Airport will receive a $160,200 grant from the US Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grant program. The funding will be used to reconstruct 250 feet of the existing taxiway pavement that has reached the end of its useful life.
“The Clinton Municipal Airport plays a critical role in allowing the community to grow, as well as fuel additional economic development throughout the region,” said Rep Loebsack. “I am pleased that Clinton Municipal Airport is receiving this competitive funding, helping the airport grow.”
