Rise Up 2026 Reentry Summit October 23

ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (September 23, 2026) You are invited to our second annual Reentry Summit on Friday, October 23, 11:30AM-4PM.

Come have lunch with us at Western Illinois University in Moline while we discuss prison education programs, learn about a fifty-million-dollar program to house those getting out of prison, as well as a home building program for those incarcerated.

All of these programs are designed to help make the transition home a success for them and their community.
