DAVENPORT, IOWA (August 30, 2022) – Scott County Auditor Kerri Tompkins announced that Tuesday, August 30th is the first day for voters to submit requests for absentee ballots by mail for the November 8th General Election. You must request an absentee ballot in order to receive a ballot via the mail. Ballots will begin to be mailed on October 19.

The completed absentee ballot request form is due in our office by 5PM on Monday, October 24.

Request forms are available in the office (M-F, 8AM-4:30PM), via download from the Auditor’s webpage or the Auditor’s Office will mail forms to voters upon request, 563.326.8631. The request form link is below:
