As the University welcomes learners at its residential campus in Fayette and in online programs nationwide, UIU is celebrating positive indicators of progress-from rising enrollment to the launch of new majors aligned with workforce demand and an enhanced national presence through The College Tour.

New Majors Driving Student Interest and Career-Aligned Pathways
UIU's commitment to innovation is reflected in the continued success of its new and expanding academic programs launched in Fall 2025. These programs were designed to align with high-growth career fields and meet rising employer demand for specialized, modern skill sets.
New majors and program additions include:
- Cybersecurity;
- Business Analytics;
- MBA in Artificial Intelligence (AI);
- MBA in Cybersecurity; and
- Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Cybersecurity.

Introducing a 90-Credit Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
In another exciting step forward, UIU recently introduced a ninety-credit Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, offering a streamlined pathway for students who are ready to build business expertise efficiently and effectively.
Designed to support today's learners — especially adult students and transfer students — this program provides a fast track to a respected business degree that can be completed in less than four years, without sacrificing quality. The curriculum focuses on foundational business knowledge, real-world application, and skills that translate immediately into professional settings.
Through UIU's new Business Administration Dual-Degree BSBA + MBA pathway, students can take their education even further with a plan that allows full-time students to complete both a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MBA in about four years. This streamlined pathway is designed to help motivated learners complete two degrees efficiently and learn career-ready business skills that impact professional growth.
