ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (December 20, 2021) — The outdoor gardens will be in winter bloom with over 160,000 glowing lights, showcasing our largest light display yet. Explore the Sun Garden, Children’s Garden, lawns, pond, and pocket gardens of our outdoor light exhibit. Advanced ticket purchase is highly recommended.

Bundle up, stroll the gardens at night, and visit the outdoor events canopy for hot cocoa and treats for purchase by Taste Buds.

​Bring the kids for free crafts to make and take or plan your visit on one of our special event nights.

Passes/Discounts

Winter Nights free admission passes are good for general admission, excluding Date Nights. Standard Botanical Center free-admission passes are not valid during Winter Nights. Visit your library for standard Botanical Center passes that are good for $2 off Winter Nights admission.

The Botanical Center will only be open during exhibit hours and for special events while Winter Nights Winter Lights is on display.
