NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE (July 22, 2019) — While some may be relaxing by the pool or working at a summer job, Alexis Sweeney from Davenport, Iowa, joined more than 700 other Belmont University students who participated in one of 45 faculty-led Maymester and Summer Study Abroad programs. DAVENPORT, IOWA (July 20, 2019) — The Quad Cities River Bandits fell behind in the early going and had their comeback bid fall just short in a 3-2 loss to the Bowling Green Hot Rods on Saturday night at Modern Woodmen Park. With the Bandits down by a run and two on base in the bottom of the eighth, Alex McKenna’s fly-ball to deep-right was caught against the wall by Jordan Qsar to close the door on the River Bandits best chance at shocking the Hot Rods.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (July 19, 2019) — The Dayton Dragons became the first Eastern Division team to take a series from the Quad Cities River Bandits with a 7-1 in the rubber match on Friday night at Modern Woodmen Park. Two Dayton pitchers combined to limit the River Bandits to just one unearned run on two hits.

STEVENS POINT, WISCONSIN (July 19, 2019) — The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point conferred degrees on more than 1,250 graduates during the university's spring commencement ceremonies on May 18, 2019.
