Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate Launches Fast Track Filing for Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Filers

The new process launched this week and is the latest service from the Secretary of State’s Office to be transitioned into the Fast Track system.

Scott Emergency Communication Center Board Appoints New Director

SCOTT COUNTY, IOWA (March 27, 2019) — Tony Knobbe, Scott Emergency Communication Center Board Chair, announces that David Donovan has accepted employment as Scott Emergency Communication Center (SECC) Director with a salary of $129,709. The appointment was approved by the SECC Board at their meeting March 21, 2019. Donovan was appointed interim SECC director on December 8, 2019 following the resignation of the previous director. Donovan’s position title will be SECC/EMA Director.
