Partnership With Iowa Corn Provides Two-Day One-of-a Kind Outdoor Tourney   DES MOINES, IA - The Iowa Wild, in conjunction with Iowa Corn(r), announced on Thursday, the two have partnered to create Hockey Days Iowa - an outdoor three-on-three hockey tournament to be held from Jan. 13 - 14 in a central Iowa cornfield.

On Tuesday, October 17th, 2017, around 9:15pm, two females stole two charity jars off the counter of Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard in LeClaire, Iowa. One of the jars contained donations for “Dimes for Dogs”, which goes to local animal shelters. The other jar contained donations that were meant for the family of Zach Francis, a local young man who passed away unexpectedly at the end of September.
