Subject Enterprise is the exclusive transporter of JAKS Puppies, a notorious Iowa “puppy mill” broker owned by Jolyn Noethe and Kimberly Dolphin. Puppy mills are large commercial dog-breeding facilities that mass-produce animals for sale.
