Kelvin Wynn Wins Big In Tuesday Evening Pick 4 Drawing

 CLIVE, Iowa – A Davenport man won the lottery Tuesday using numbers he saw in a dream just a few weeks ago.

Kelvin Wynn, 57, won a total of $300,000 in the Tuesday evening drawing of the Iowa Lottery’s Pick 4 game. He won 10 prizes of $30,000 by matching all four of the numbers drawn in the exact order: 2-1-1-2; this is known as a straight play.

WASHINGTON – Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley rebuked the Justice Department’s Civil Division after a review by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) revealed a lengthy record of unaccountability in addressing sexual misconduct and harassment in the Department while rewarding some of the perpetrators with promotions and bonuses.

Des Moines, June 28, 2017— Today, the Iowa Supreme Court approved the Fiscal Year 2018 Iowa Judicial Branch budget that begins July 1, 2017. The budget continues the statewide hiring freeze from the last fiscal year that resulted in more than 150 vacant positions. The judicial branch will continue to keep vacant positions open and only fill the most critical positions in FY 18.
