ROCKFORD, IL (01/11/2017)-- Todd Alberts, a resident of Davenport, IA, was named to the Dean's List at Rockford University.  Students named to the Dean's List for the fall 2016 semester earned at least a 3.5 GPA with no grades below "C" and completed all requirements for the semester.
