Our top priority is the safety of all participants. Lake Storey is temporarily closed. We are working closely with the Galesburg Parks and Recreation to provide a safe way for participants to plunge.

BETTENDORF, IOWA (February 19, 2024) — On Saturday, February 24, 2024, the first cohort of the Quad Cities Regional Lideramos Leadership Program will graduate. Coordinated by LULAC Council 10 and supported by the Quad Cities Community Foundation, the program has guided 23 local Latino leaders through six months of culturally specific leadership training.

DES MOINES, IOWA (February 19, 2024) — BMX racers and cycling enthusiasts will come together on Wednesday, February 21, 8AM, at Ewing Park, 80/35 Track Parking Lot, 1701 E McKinley Ave, Des Moines, to announce their plans to launch a capital campaign to fund an indoor public Olympic-level BMX track and cycling park in Des Moines. The indoor track will be a resource for community wellness and promote access to sports and recreation.
