DAVENPORT, IOWA (April 28, 2022) — Eastern Iowa Community Colleges is opening its doors to the public on Tuesday, May 3, 4–7PM, for “All Things IT at EICC,” an open-house and reverse job-fair event, at the Scott Community College Urban Campus, 101 W 3rd St, Davenport.

EAST MOLINE, ILLINOIS (April 28, 2022) — The East Moline Community Fund is hosting the first-ever “Taste of East Moline” fundraiser tonight, 5:30-7:30PM, at The Rust Belt.

The sold-out event features eighteen local food vendors offering bite-sized samples of their culinary offerings.

SIOUX CITY, IOWA (April 27, 2022) — April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate is working with a northwest Iowa victims’ advocacy organization to inform residents about resources available to them. Secretary Pate joined the Centers Against Abuse and Sexual Assault (CAASA) Wednesday morning in Sioux City to promote some of those services.
