DES MOINES, IOWA (September 15, 2026) — Governor Kim Reynolds has announced her appointment of Rachel Morgan as a District Judge in Judicial District 5C.

Morgan, of Granger, Iowa, serves as Administrative Law Judge, Central Panel Bureau, Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals, and Licensing. She received her undergraduate degree from Iowa State University and law degree from University of Denver, College of Law.

DES MOINES, IOWA (September 15, 2026) — Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate is encouraging Iowans to make their plan to vote in the upcoming General Election, held Tuesday, November 3. Sec Pate encourages every eligible Iowan to make their voices heard this election, and reminds Iowans that it’s never too early to make their plan to vote.

Iowans can vote absentee by mail, absentee in-person, and in person on Election Day.

Dunn will also talk about how cancer cells appropriate normal cellular “machinery” for their growth advantage, and provide interesting examples.
