DES MOINES, IOWA (July 15, 2021) — Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate presented a National Association of Secretaries of State Medallion Award to his Chief Cyber Officer Jeff Franklin, in recognition of Franklin’s service to state government and efforts to enhance Iowa’s election security. Franklin served as the State of Iowa’s Chief Information Security Officer for 10 years prior to joining the Secretary of State’s Office in February 2020.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (July 14, 2021) — The Quad City Storm has finalized its schedule for the 2021-2022 season. The season will open October 15 at the TaxSlayer Center when the Storm battle the Evansville Thunderbolts. The final home game will be played on March 5 and the regular season concludes on the road in Peoria on Friday, April 8.

The Storm’s home schedule consists of nine Friday games, thirteen Saturday games, five Sunday games, and one Tuesday game.
