ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (July 16, 2020) — Quad City Arts’ 4th Annual Chalk Art Fest will move online this year, as the in-person event that was scheduled to take place August 29-30 in downtown Bettendorf has been canceled. Out of concern for the well-being of the community, the downtown Bettendorf Organization and Quad City Arts have decided not to move forward with the event.
