DAVENPORT, IOWA (May 6, 2020) – Gilda’s Club Quad Cities and Iowa Cancer Specialists will host a free virtual workshop for people living with cancer and their loved ones entitled Frankly Speaking About Cancer: Treatments and Side Effects. Designed to help people understand and manage the physical and psychological side-effects of treatment, the workshop will take place on Monday, May 11, 2020, 4:30-6PM, via Zoom.

DES MOINES, IOWA (May 5, 2020) — Today, the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) has been notified of 408 additional positive cases for a total of 10,111 positive cases. There have been an additional 3,000 negative tests for a total of 50,458 negative tests to date, which includes testing reported by the State Hygienic Lab and other labs.
