One laudable side effect of the COVID-19 panic is a nationwide effort to promote "vote by mail" as a universal alternative to standing in line at polling places. PELLA, IOWA (May 11, 2020) — Morgan Keasler, associate director of career and professional development at Central College, has been named president of CONNECT-Iowa formerly known as Iowa College Recruiting Network (ICoRN).

Keasler was elected as a regional representative for CONNECT-Iowa in the 2018-19 academic year to serve a two-year term. She was nominated for president last year when the president-elect left his role. Keasler began her new role May 1.
