DAVENPORT, IOWA (February 25, 2020) — Gilda’s Club is hosting a free workshop titled “Physical Activity and Relaxation” on Thursday, March 12, 12–1PM, at Gilda’s Club (1234 East River Drive, Davenport, IA).

Individuals may face difficulties during and after treatment knowing when and what physical activity they should participate in. Stress and anxiety may also impact daily activities, leading to the need of tools to help get into a relaxed state of mind.
