PLATTEVILLE, WISCONSIN (December 23, 2019) — Thirty-four University of Wisconsin-Platteville students were recently inducted into Phi Kappa Phi, an honor society that recognizes academic achievement of top students in all majors.

WASHINGTON DC (December 23, 2019) — Senator Charles "Chuck" Grassley has nominated 50 Iowa students to be considered for appointments to the US service academies.

LINCOLN, NEBRASKA (December 23, 2019) — Rhonda Sue Lundgren of Geneseo was among 1,404 graduates who received degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln during winter commencement exercises December 20 and 21.

Lundgren earned a Master of Business Administration from the Office of Graduate Studies.

The December graduates are from 49 countries, 36 states, and more than 150 Nebraska communities.

 

CHARLESTON, SC (December 23, 2019) — Evan Thornton of Rock Island, graduated with a degree in Biology from the College of Charleston during the college's Winter Commencement on December 14, 2019.
