Spring Herbs With Natalie Hessel
April 9th 10 am – noon
$20 a student
In this class we will get outside (weather permitting) and see what is growing around the Food Hub (probably more than you may think!). We will learn what herbs we can gather, grow and eat in the spring. We will also have seeds for planting some useful herbs to take home, as well as discuss planning an herb garden for the growing season. Advanced registration only. No walk-ins.
