Join us for a round table Quilt Talk with our guests Charleen Richtsmeier, AQS Certified Quilt Appraiser and Valorie Bonk, Professional Quilt Appraiser. Appraisals will follow and continue on Saturday, June 4th from noon-6:30.
Any quilt large, small, new or antique is welcome for an appraisal! Call 563-322-8844 to schedule your appointment today! Each appraisal will take up to 45 mins and the fee for a written appraisal (a legal document) is $40 which is to be paid at the time of the appointment to the appraiser.
These events are in connection to our upcoming exhibit "Along the Gravel Road" which will feature quilts made by members of the Mississippi Quilters Guild opening on Saturday, June 4th! Each quilt is 14 x 18 inches and depicts a scene of rural community life; all are connected by a shared gravel fabric that runs through each.
