DAVENPORT, IA (July 16, 2014) - Senior Star at Elmore Place is hosting an important presentation on identification theft at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22 at 4500 Elmore Avenue in Davenport.  Led by Corporal Hank Jacobsen from the Davenport Police Department, discussions will focus on current information regarding typical scams and tactics often used by identification thieves and ways to avoid being an identity theft victim.
