DES MOINES, IOWA (January 13, 2022) — Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller announced today that Navient, known as one of the nation’s largest student-loan servicers, will provide relief totaling $1.7 billion to resolve allegations of widespread unfair and deceptive student loan servicing practices and abuses in originating predatory student loans.

DES MOINES, IOWA (January 13, 2022) — State Treasurer Michael L Fitzgerald recently opened the 2022 Robert D Blue Scholarship for applications. Applicants must be a current senior or former graduate of any Iowa high school who plans to attend a college or university within the state.
