MOLINE, ILLINOIS (June 25, 2019) — The Moline Foundation awarded $47,500 within 31 scholarships to 35 post-secondary bound students this spring. The following scholarships were awarded:

DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) Scholarship — $1,000 each

CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA (June 24, 2019) — Kirkwood Community College has released its Dean's List for the spring 2019 semester. FAYETTE, IA (06/24/2019)-- Upper Iowa University has announced the Dean's List for the 2019 spring semester. To be honored, a student must have earned a minimum 3.50 grade point average for the semester and be enrolled as a full-time student. The honorees included:

Davenport, Iowa — Amelia Bailey, Birth-Grade 3:Inclusive Settings major;

Davenport, IA — Jazmynn Arensdorf, Human Resources Mgmt major;

Davenport, IA — Ashley Bomar, Business Admin major;

TUSCALOOSA, ALABAMA (June 21, 2019) — A total of 11,406 students enrolled during the 2019 spring term at The University of Alabama were named to the Dean's List with an academic record of 3.5 or above or the President's List with an academic record of 4.0 (all A's).

The UA Dean's and President's lists recognize full-time undergraduate students. The lists do not apply to graduate students or to undergraduate students who take less than a full course load.
