Rockford, IL – Natural Land Institute will host the 7th annual Wander at the Wetland: Full Moon Snowshoe & Hike on Friday, February 10, 4:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Nygren Wetland Preserve, 3190 W. Rockton Rd., Rockton, Illinois.

This time of year, winter winds and snow often seem to leave us with gateways littered with debris. Not only does the litter impact our waterways, but it leaves our community looking less than inviting.

Residents, businesses and organizations can help us improve our community and prevent litter from making it our creeks and streams by volunteering to help cleanup all of that litter in a couple of ways:
