WASHINGTON DC (July 15, 2020)  Senate Finance Committee Chairman Charles "Chuck" Grassley (R-IA) today released the following statement regarding the European Union General Court ruling that overturned a 2016 European Commission decision that incorrectly and unfairly targeted Apple, a US-based company.
