DES MOINES, IOWA (September 10, 2019) — Governor Kim Reynolds ordered all flags in Iowa to be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Wednesday, September 11, 2019, in honor of Patriot Day and in memory of those who lost their lives in the September 11 terrorist attacks.
