Brian Kramer, Loebsack’s District Representative, will be at the following locations. Brian Kramer will be on hand to work with individuals who are having difficulty with a government agency, have suggestions for Dave, or would just like to share their concerns. WASHINGTON DC (July 3, 2019) — Senator Charles "Chuck" Grassley received a response from the Department of Defense (DoD) to an April 1, 2019 letter he sent regarding potential threats to tax-
