DAVENPORT, IOWA (September 15, 2020) Roxanna Moritz, Scott County Auditor and Commissioner of Elections, announced today the addition of a new GIS tool which shows the number of absentee ballots requested in Scott County. The tool will also display the number of ballots as they are returned by voters.
