SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (July 15, 2019) — The Quad Cities River Bandits scored five runs in the fourth inning to grab the lead and then held off the South Bend Cubs late in a 6-4 win on Sunday afternoon at Four Winds Field. Ramiro Rodriguez and Freudis Nova each pounded three hits, including an RBI double, to lead the Bandits offense.

SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (July 13, 2019) — The South Bend Cubs used a walk-off two-run home run from Brennan Davis in the bottom of the tenth inning to hand the Quad Cities River Bandits their first extra-inning loss of the 2019 season on Saturday night at Four Winds Field. The River Bandits entered the bottom of the frame with a 4-3 lead when Davis went the other way off of Hunter Martin for the decisive long-ball.

COMSTOCK PARK, MICHIGAN (July 12, 2019) — The Quad Cities River Bandits scored a pair of runs in three different innings to erase an early deficit and beat the West Michigan Whitecaps 6-2 in the rubber match of a three-game set at Fifth Third Ballpark. The River Bandits took two of three games in the series to win their 18th series of the season.

COMSTOCK PARK, MICHIGAN (July 11, 2019) — The Quad Cities River Bandits made a first-inning run hold up all night as they snapped a five-game losing streak with a 1-0 victory over the West Michigan Whitecaps on Thursday night at Fifth Third Ballpark. The shutout win was the 15th of the season for the River Bandits pitching staff, tying them for the most in Minor League Baseball.

COMSTOCK PARK, MICHIGAN — The Quad Cities River Bandits erased an early five-run deficit, but couldn’t come back a second time as they dropped a 9-5 decision to the West Michigan Whitecaps at Fifth Third Ballpark. The loss was the fifth in a row for the Bandits.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (July 8, 2019) — The Cedar Rapids Kernels used a four-run rally in the top of the ninth inning to shock the Quad Cities River Bandits in the final game of their series on Monday night at Modern Woodmen Park. The Kernels became the first team this season to sweep a series from the Bandits and handed Quad Cities a season-high fourth consecutive loss.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (July 7, 2019) — The Cedar Rapids Kernels used another impressive performance from a starting pitcher to beat the Quad Cities River Bandits 5-2 on Sunday night at Modern Woodmen Park. Kai-Wei Teng tossed 7.0 innings and allowed just one unearned run on four hits to pick up the win. That unearned run is the only run the Bandits have put up in 16.0 innings against Cedar Rapids’ two starting pitchers in the series.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (July 6, 2019) — The Quad Cities River Bandits were baffled by Cedar Rapids Kernels starting-pitcher Andrew Cabezas for the second time this season in a 3-0 loss to open a three-game series at Modern Woodmen Park. After tossing a complete-game shutout, the right-hander has thrown 16.0 scoreless innings against the River Bandits in 2019 and allowed just two hits in the process.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (July 4, 2019) — In a game that took nearly four hours to complete, the Quad Cities River Bandits outlasted the Beloit Snappers for a 7-4 win in front of 5,003 fans on Independence Day at Modern Woodmen Park. The Bandits earned their fifth straight victory and moved into first place in the Western Division second half standings.
